Overview

Yelagiri is a stunning hill station in Southeast India and is situated very close to Yercaud which is 145 KM approximately. The closest city is Bangalore which is around 178 KM from Yelagiri, Chennai is located at a distance of 230 KM. This green and the vegetative region is wedged between two towns of Vellore district which are Vaniyambadi and Jolarpettai. Yelagiri also serves as a popular weekend destination from Chennai and Bangalore.

Yelagiri is also one of the famous places for trekkers and camping lovers. The highest point in Yelagiri is the Swamimalai Hill, standing tall at 4,338 ft with spectacular views. The hill provides a good number of trekking trails through thick reserved forests. There are other trekking options that include smaller peaks like Javadi Hills and Palamathi Hills. The Punganur Lake is a manmade lake and one of the popular attractions of the region. Paragliding is another sport that’s drawing visitors. The Velavan Temple, Jalagamparai Waterfalls and Nature Park are the other attractions in Yelagiri.

Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at the resort, Recreational activities & Overnight stay

As you arrive here at the concerned point, a representative will receive you and escort you to the camp. Get ahead by completing a few check-in formalities. Further, relax yourselves with welcome drinks and snacks. Enjoy yourself at the resort with various in-house group activities, complimentary Bonfire + Music and dinner.

Day 2 - Paragliding and Departure

Post breakfast, you will be taken towards the paragliding take-off point. The paragliding flight lasts 20 to 30 minutes (with an experienced pilot). Hence the journey ends here with great memories.

Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made 15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and, in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
