Itinerary

Day 1: Saturday, 5th Nov or 31st Dec,16

Meeting point: McD at kalamboli (just before the starting of the expressway) at 6.00 am
Start riding by 6.30 am
Breakfast at Wadkhal naka
Visit Rameshwar temple -- Revdanda fort -- Korlai fort -- Kashid Beach till Sunset -- Phansad
Tented accomodation in Phansad

Day 2: Sunday, 6th Nov 16 or 1st Jan, 2017

Morning trail in the Jungle till 10
Visit Murud, Janjira fort
Have food at Patil’s Khanaval, Murud
Visit Alibaug beach if time permits
Reach Panvel approx by 9 pm

Inclusions
The whole tour is on Actual. Which means the expense will be shared equally among the members as well as the leaders and coordinators.
Organizers will be charging Rs.500 per head as expertise charges.
The approximate expense for the event will be Rs 3000/-
Exclusions
Petrol and Maintenance cost should be settled by the bike owner and the person accompanying him.
In case, of a single rider, the petrol and maintenance charges has to be paid by him alone. (Organizers will provide info about a willing participant who can accompany you, and share the expenses. this depends on availability of such willing participants.)
Cancellation and Refund
90% refund if cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the date of departure date of the event.
40% refund if cancellation is made more than 4 days (96 Hrs) and less than 10 days prior to the departure date of the event.
NO refund will be made if cancellation is made within 4 days (96 hrs) prior to the departure date of the event
If the management cancels the program, the full amount will be transferred
Refund will be paid only by NEFT /cheque after 10 days of the completion of event. Even in case of trek cancelled by Trek Mates India the same process will be followed.
