Velas

The Turtle Festival at Velas is annually organized by Sahyadri Nisarga Mitra (SNM) and the Kasav Mitra Mandal (KMM), during the period of February to March. This festival is attended by nature lovers, marine turtle enthusiasts, volunteers, known personalities in the field of conservation, tourists and people who just want to witness this moment, at least once in a lifetime!

Diveagar

Diveagar is a village located in Shrivardhan Taluka, Raigad district in the Indian state of Maharashtra, approximately 170 kms south of Mumbai.The area is peaceful, clean and sparsely populated.

Harihareshwar

Surrounded by four holy hills Harihar, Harshinachal, Bramhadri and Pushpadri Harihareshwar is a region in Konkan which is amazingly beautiful with hills playing the perfect foil for long stretch of pristine beach. The Harihareshwar temple built in the 16th century with the deities of Vishnu Brahma and Shiva is the primary attraction in Harihareshwar along with beautiful stretch of beach.

Itinerary

Day 1

Meeting point: McD at kalamboli (just before the starting of the expressway.) at 6.00 am Start riding by 6.30 am Breakfast at Wadkhal naka Ride further till Velas, lunch at velas Go for Turtle festival Fun at the beach, get back, food and stay at local’s place in Velas

Day 2

Morning visit beach for turtle sighting Post Breakfast, Start riding towards Diveagar Cross the creek by jetty, Visit Harihareshwar Temple, Lunch Enroute, reach Diveagar by eve. Visit Local Holi Liqour session, Dinner, stay in Diveagar

Day 3

Morning visit beach… have some fun with colours. Back to the hotel, get fresh, start return Journey Have food at Patil’s Khanaval, Murud. Visit Kashid Beach for some fun and watersports. Visit Alibaug beach if time permits. Reach Panvel approx by 8 pm

Petrol and Maintenance cost should be settled by the bike owner and the person accompanying him.
In case, of a single rider, the petrol and maintenance charges has to be paid by him alone. (After booking, organizers will provide info about a willing participant who can accompany you, and share the expenses. this depends on availability of such willing participants.)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
90% refund if cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the date of departure date of the event.
40% refund if cancellation is made more than 4 days (96 Hrs) and less than 10 days prior to the departure date of the event.
NO refund will be made if cancellation is made within 4 days (96 hrs) prior to the departure date of the event.
In case the trek is cancelled by organisers, entire amount will be refunded
