Overview

Chail is a hill station in Himachal Pradesh. It once served as the summer capital of His Highness Maharaja Adhiraj Bhupinder Singh of Patiala. Chail is situated at an altitude of – 2,250 m, higher than Shimla. Chail is pleasant in summers and cold in winter. It is surrounded by a thick cover of majestic, soaring deodars. Shimla is just 45 kms away, and most significantly, the hill of Chail is higher than the Queen of Hills Shimla. With the majestic snow-capped Shivalik peaks in the background, Chail is sure a place for a perfect holiday destination. Overlooking Satluj Valley, Shimla and Kasauli are also visible at night from here.

Detailed Itinerary for Jungle Camping in Chail, Shimla

Day 01: Arrival at Chail Campsite Arrive in Shimla, it will take around 5-6 hours from Delhi. After reaching the campsite you will be received by our staff members and we will check you into your swiss tents. Swiss tents are furnished with all modern amenities including an attached tiled bathroom with 24 hours hot and cold shower. You have your own private veranda to relax and be in sync with nature. Now you can relax by sipping your drink, reading a book or simply indulging in your own thing. You can have some private moments with your loved ones or join in for sports, bonfire, or other outdoor activities complete with delicious food and barbecue. Day? ?02:? Morning Trekking and Adventure Park activities Get up and enjoy the scenic beauty around the camp and get ready for morning trek. After you return from trekking you can indulge yourself in different adventure park activities like Commando net, Commando crawl, Tyre swing, Tarzan swing, Rope ladder and Mowgli walk.
