About Himachal Hills Festival – Camping & Music Festival

Himachal Hills Festival Dec, 2017 going to be organized at Chalal, Kasol marking end of year 2017 with mix of great music, live concert, drinks & beverages, food-local and Israeli, exciting game stall and spending nights in comfortable & cosy tents in the amidst nature.This event is presented by Summer Hills Festival.

Itinerary

Day 1: 29 December 2017 Departure from Delhi for Kasol New Year Party

OPTION 1: From Delhi to Kasol for New Year Celebration

?Report to Vidhan Sabha Metro Station at round 6:00 PM

?Roll call and boarding the bus for Kasol (Distance 570 kms from Delhi, travel time is more than 15hours).

?Departure time of bus at 6:30 PM

?Overnight travel in the bus.

OPTION 2: From Chandigarh to Kasol for New Year Celebration

?Boarding Bus from Chandigarh around 11:00 PM

?Departure of 11:30 PM

?Overnight journey in the bus.

Day 2: 30 December 2017- Arrival, Checkin & Evening Music Festival

?Arrival to Kasol in the morning.

?Camps allocation & Camps check-in and rest for a while after long journey.

? At 2 pm, Entry to venue of Himachal Hills Festival: Enjoy the festival with full of music, live concert, delicious food stall, exciting games stall till late night.

?After enjoying the festival, back to camps and give relaxation to your legs & overnight stay in camps.

Day 3: 31 December 2017- Adventure Activities & Evening Music Festival

?Wake up, Refresh & have yummy breakfast with tea at Campsite.

?Enjoy the adventure activities set by Himachal Hills Festival and later go for the the nature walk to Chalal Village near Kasol, Rasol Market & Cafe. You can also go for a visit to Manikaran.

?At 2 pm, Entry to Himachal Hills Festival Dec, 2017 - enjoy the new year celebration with unlimited dose of fun at festival venue.

?Overnight stay in camps.

Day 4: 1 January 2018- New Year Hangover, Explore Kasol & Starting Return Journey to Delhi

?Wake up, Refresh & have yummy breakfast with tea at campsite.

?Free to exlpore Kasol with independent activities till evening.

?Can visit to Tosh or Malana- experience the snow covered peak or snowfall. - By evening depart from Kasol.

?Overnight journey from Kasol to Delhi.

Day 5: 2 January 2018- Arrival in Delhi & Missing the Kasol New Year Party Trip

?Back to Delhi by early morning with relax mood and sweet memories.

? Management shall not take responsibility of a missing items from Resort or its premise, hence requested not to travel with too much ornaments, jewellery, cash and other etc.
? In case if going out of Resort please deposit valuables in safety locker with the security of our Hotel Manager.
? All our packages are ‘group packages’ and same services/items are applicable for each person in the group.
? Total cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
? Any meal, activity or service not availed by the client will not be adjusted in the package cost and non-refundable under any circumstances.
? We entertain only those persons at the campsite for whom the booking has been made. No additional persons will be entertained under any circumstances.
