Day 1 : Srinagar After arriving at Srinagar, head to your hotel and unwind. Take in the beautiful sights of the wonderful Kahsmiri valley. Later head on to visit the amazing sights this wonderful city has to offer such as, Dal lake, Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Srinagar market and Shankaracharya temple. Later assemble towards the evening and meet with your tour guide for the orientation session about this tour. Later, end the night at your own leisurely pace. Note : In case of any political unrest, you will be transferred directly to Sonmarg for the night stay. Day 2 : Srinagar/Sonmarg to Kargil : Post a wonderful breakfast, leave for Kargil via Sonmarg. Sonmarg when translated directly translates to "meadows of gold". This name is a testament the immense beauty that it boasts. Also cross the Zozila pass and the Drass village on your journey to Kargil. Visit the Kargil war memorial and Tiger hill and reach Kargil by evening. Spend the rest of your time in a leisurely pace. Day 3 : Kargil to Leh via Sham valley : Post a scrumptious breakfast, leave towards Leh. This days adventure is unbelievable. Visit the Mulbek monastery which boasts a huge statue of Buddha craved from stone on the mountain. Also visit the oldest monastery in Ladakh, the Lamayuru monastery. Later cross the Sangham, the confluence of the Indus and the Zanskar river and continue your drive. Witness the wondrous magnetic hill and also visit the Gurudwara Pathar Sahib nestled deep in the laps of the Himalayas. After reaching Leh, spend the rest of your time at your own leisurely pace. Day 4 : Explore Leh  Post a healthy breakfast, set out to explore the mystical land of Leh. Take this day at your own leisurely pace. Some of the most famous sightseeing spots in Leh are the Leh palace, Shanti stupa and the local market. Day 5 : Leh to Nubra valley : Post a scrumptious breakfast, begin your journey towards Nubra valley. The ride towards Nubra valley is a bit difficult. To reach the sand dunes of Nubra valley one must cross the Khardung La pass, touted as the worlds highest motor-able pass. Visit the Disket monastery on your way towards Nubra valley. Spend the rest of your time at your own leisurely pace. Day 6 : Nubra valley to Pangong Tso via Shyok  Post a delicious breakfast, spend some time exploring the vivid sand dune of Nubra valley. Then later begin your journey towards the beautiful Pangong Tso lake. Start the journey by crossing Panamik and take a deviation at the Khalar. The route via Shyok is the shorter route which has more amazing sights to offer. After reaching Pangong Tso lake, frolic along the banks of the lake and spend the remaining time at your own leisurely pace. Day 7 : Pangong Tso to Leh  Wake up to witness the most beautiful sunrise over the Pangong Tso lake. Begin your ride back towards Leh post a healthy breakfast. Visit the Thiskey monastery, Shey monastery and the Druk white lotus school enroute. After reaching Leh, spend the rest of the day at your own leisurely pace. Day 8 : Leh to Sarchu Post a scrumptious breakfast, begin your journey towards Sarchu. Drive through the amazing scenic Puga Valley and Tsokar Lake. Also cross the Skyangchu Thang, a plateau stretching to 42 km. Stop for lunch at the town of Pang. Continue your journey to Sarchu by driving past Lachlung La. Spend the rest of the day at your own leisurely pace after reaching Sarchu. Day 9 : Sarchu to Manali  Post an early breakfast, leave for Manali from Sarchu. Cross over the beautiful hilly landscapes as you make your way towards Manali. Cross the Baralacha La pass and the Tanglang La pass on your journey. Visit the Shaheed Sainik Bhawan, Suraj Tal, Deepak Tal, Khardung monastery and Rhotang top on your way. After reaching Manali, spend the rest of the day at your own leisurely pace. Day 10 : Explore Manali and Departure  Post a delicious breakfast, spend the last day of your Himalayan adventure by exploring the beautiful city of Manali. Take this day at your own leisurely pace. Some of the most beautiful attractions in Manali are the Hidimba temple, Vashist kund and mall road. Later assemble in time for your departure to Delhi via a coach transfer. Bid farewell to the magnificent Himalayas and embark on your overnight journey towards Delhi. Day 11 : Arrival in Delhi After reaching Delhi, embark on your further journeys back home with the wonderful memories from your trip in the Himalayas.
