Things to Know
The above mentioned special rates are for New Year event only.
Liquor will be on BYOB (Bring your own bottle)- no service will be provided.
Advance payment of 100% of the estimated event cost must be paid to confirm the event.
Cancellation & Retention Charges: Cancellation before 20 days from the date of event will attract 25% of the package, before 15 Days from the date of event will attract 50% of the # 8-2-577/B, MAAS Heights, 3rd Floor, North Wing, Beside Syndicate Bank, Road No:8, Banjarahills, Hyd-34 package and less than 10 Days from the date of event will attract 100% of the package cost as cancellation charges.
In case of any breakage and damage incurred to the infrastructure or any other equipment of the Resort during the event by the host, host guests, its event manager team or its suppliers, such damages will be charged to the guest/host and amount is to be paid in full before check-out. The amount chargeable is at the discretion of the management as per the cost involved in that infrastructure.
Only the conversations which are documented between the Guest & Resort team are valid.
Mode of payments available – All Credit & Debit Cards / Cash. We do not accept cheque payments.
Dream Valley does not take liability of any theft, damage or loss of any goods, equipment
Guests have to carry valid individual ID proofs.
Guests are requested to follow the rules & guidelines of the water park/pool. However, Resort shall not bear responsibilities for any accidents occurred at the pool/water park.
Guests without appropriate swimming costume are strictly not allowed in to the pool.
Guests are requested to bring their own Nylon Swim costumes to utilize the pool.
The same are available at the resort on rental basis. Gents Costume @ INR 60 +18% GST per piece & Ladies Costume @ INR 80 +18% GST per piece.(Kindly contact the resort management on availability of stock)
Guests are requested to inform the name of the person on which the bill is to be generated.
Diving & Jumping into the pool is strictly not allowed.
