Overview

Make a change this year. forget pub, loud music, traffic jams and enjoy the last sunset of the previous year and the first sunrise of the new year in the mountain. Celebrate the new year with camping, trekking, barbequing, bone fire and music in the mountain when no one dares to go out of their home in winter. There is nothing quite like spending the last night of the year with closed ones under the blanket of thousands stars, cosy campfire and taste of locally brewed beverages.

Itinerary

30th December 2017 • Pick up from Hotel Keylinga inn Prini at 11:00AM. • We will drive to a camp site at Hamta by cab. Tents and sleeping bags will be issued • Lunch at 2:00 PM. • After lunch one is free to walk in the forest to explore the surrounding • Activity such as Bone fire, Dinner and overnight stay in tents. 31st December • After breakfast, we will go for trekking to Soroti meadows(2-3 hrs to reach meadows). • One can be fortunate enough to touch the snow at that time. • We will have either packed lunch or make noodles on fire. • After spending few hours we will walk down to camp. • In evening we will be enjoying BBQ snacks befor the cosy fire. • Play your favourite music dance and drink a lot. • Overnight stay in camp. 1st January • We will have breakfast before checking out the camp. • After breakfast, we will drop you at a bus stop and one is free to explore the Manali in his/her own.

Included/Exclude

Things to Carry:
• Warm jacket and sweaters.
• warm cap, socks, gloves, inner thermal wear.
• Suncream, sunglasses.
• Personal toiletries and medicines.
Note:
Temp at day time will be 5-12 C & Temp at Night time will be 0-5 C.
How to reach Manali-
• Manali is well connected by road one can book evening Volvo buses from Delhi run by various private agencies and Himachal tourism department.
• You have to report to Hotel Keylinga-Inn Prini (Manali Naggar highway), Which is 3.5 km away from Manali bus stop. The auto fare is about 150/ only.
• From here cab will take all participants to camp in mountains of Hamta.
INCLUSIONS:
• 2 Night stay in dome/alpine tents double sharing for couples and triple sharing for others.
• Tents, mats, sleeping bags with warm fleece inner.
• Meal- 2 lunch, 2 dinner, 2 breakfast, hot drinks unlimited and 1 BBQ (veg,non-veg).
• 1-day trekking charges.
• Shared Cab from Manali to Manali(return) only.
• DJ night.
EXCLUSIONS:
• Expenses of personal nature like phone calls, tips etc.
• Medical, insurance and evacuation charges.
