Itinerary Day 0 The journey begins with a 272-km drive from Bangalore towards the mountains. Once everyone boards the Get Beyond Limits bus, our outdoor leaders give a brief summary of the trek. After which introductory sessions take place amongst the trekkers so that we become one team for the entire experience. We advise trekkers to have light dinner before boarding the bus. We then continue driving through the night so when you wake up, you get the first look of the mountains in the morning light. Day 1 The weekend begins with the picturesque view of the sun rising between the mighty mountain ranges. Upon arriving at the homestay, everyone freshens up and gathers to have delicious south-Indian breakfast. Once that is done, the main event starts as we begin the trek. The initial 2 km of the trek follows a narrow winding concrete road that withers into a rocky path. The rocky path is a gradual ascent that goes on for another 2 km. This phase is slightly challenging, but soon the path gets leveled and easier to trek. Day 2 Early morning after hiking to nearby waterfalls, we start our onward journey towards Bangalore and have the same drop-off point as the pickup points.
