NOTE:

Issued Boarding Passes for Gandola ride in Gulmarg are valid for the period of 03 Hours only, Visitors boarding between Gulmarg to Kungdoori (Phase 1) from 1400 Hrs. to 1600 Hrs. can stay at G2 Station till 1700 HRS Only and Visitors boarding between Kungdoori (Phase 1) to Apparwath (Phase 2) from 1400 Hrs. to 1500 Hrs. can stay at Apparwath (Phase 2) – G4 Station till 1600 HRS Only.
Medium vehicle will be provided for 1-3 travelers and Innova will be provided for 4-5 travelers.
Hotel Check in 1400hrs and check out 1200hrs.
On arrival at Jammu airport or station the guest will have to walk towards the parking area as due to taxi union tourist vehicles are not allowed

Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival in Jammu| Drive to Katra (50 kms / approx. 2 hours) Meet our representative upon arrival at Jammu airport and proceed to katra, which is 13 kms trek-able from the holy cave of Mata Vaishno Devi. Inside the cave, there are 3 natural pindies representing Mata Saraswati, Lakshmiand Kaali. After reaching Katra, check-in at the hotel and prepare yourself for tomorrow’s trek.Dinner and overnight stay in hotel. Day 02 Trip to Mata Vaishno Devi After breakfast, trek up to the Vaishno Devi shrine for Darshan. The shrine is approachable on foot or on ponies along a 13-km well-laid footpath. Return to Katra for dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Day 03 Drive from Katra – Pahalgam (240 kms / 6.5 hours) After breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, also called the Valley of Shepherds. On arrival, check-in at the hotel. In Pahalgam, admire the beauty of nature as you walk along the banks of River Lidder. Pahalgam is also famous for some trekking routes and is the base camp for the Amarnath Pilgrimage. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel. Day 04 Sightseeing in Pahalgam After breakfast,enjoy panoramic views of Pahalgam town and Lidder Valley. Start withAruValley which is a small village, 15 km upstream the Lidder River, The route is picturesque with ample campsites. This village is the starting point for treks to the Kolahoi glacier. Later, visit Chandanwari, 16 Km which is the starting point of sacred AmarnathYatra. Chandanwari is famous for snow sledging on a snow bridge, enroute you can visit Hajan, an idyllic picnic spot and Betaab valley. Dinner & overnight in the hotel. Day 05 Drive from Pahalgam – Srinagar (90 kms / approx. 3.5 hours) After breakfast, proceed to Srinagar - This place is famous for its lakes and the charming houseboats, Srinagar is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts. The lake comprises a series of water bodies, including the Nagin Lake. One can take in the panoramic view of the mountains surrounding Srinagar from this lake. Kashmiri boats called Shikara, are used to explore the intricate maze of waterways on this lake. In the evening, enjoy visit to Mughal Gardens followed by a Shikara-ride on Dal Lake. Overnight stay in Srinagar. Day 06Sonmarg Excursion After breakfast departs for full day excursion to the Sonmarg, ‘Meadow of Gold’ on Srinagar- Leh road, a gushing river is the highlight of this meadow, flowing down from snowy heights into the dense woodlands of firs and silver birches. Glaciers pour down from this stream from the Himalayas on to the many camping sites in Sonmarg. A thick forest-cover of sycamore, alpine flowers, silver birch, fir and pine, Sonmarg offers adventure in the form of treks, sledging, angling, alpine skiing and white water rafting. Enjoy leisurely walks around the meadow. Return to Srinagar for dinner & overnight stay in houseboat. Day 07 Srinagar – Gulmarg (50 kms / approx. 2 hours) After breakfast drive to Gulmarg, ‘Meadow of Flowers’ situated at an altitude of 2730 meters, full day at leisure to take walks on the lush green meadows of flowers with a backdrop of the snow-capped mountains. Dinner & overnight in the hotel. Day 08 Sightseeing in Gulmarg After breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing of Gulmarg and Gandola-ride (cable car). Spend evening at leisure. Dinner and overnight stay in Gulmarg. Day 09 Departure from Srinagar After breakfast, you will be transferred to Srinagar airport for return flight back home.

Any Delay or Cancellation of program due to Weather or other Reasons will not be Eligible for any Refund.
Please make sure you follow the Timings given by the Driver or Guide for all the Services and Transfers. In case you fail to follow the Timings, The Driver will leave, for which no Refund will be given.
Hotels suggested in the Itinerary can be Changed and will be Equivalent or more to the one given to you in terms of price as per the official Rate sheet of the Hotel.
The Hotel will give the Room Double or Twin as per the availability for which we have no control, the said is between the client and the hotel (bedding type availability)
We book the room in a certain room type. Any kind of upgrade or downgrade given to the client by the hotel is as a dispute between the hotel and client for which we have no control. Also, any kind of Amenities or Services not provided by the Hotel will be a Dispute between the Hotel or Airline and the client
We Book Basic Room in the Hotel Booked by us unless specified the Room Category.
Special Assistance is subject to Approval Based on Request.
The above Tour cost is calculated as per the current Taxes, Visa charges and other charges as per the current Date. Any change till the Time of Departure. Any Additional cost of such Nature will have to be taken care by the Client.
Please note to take care of the Visa processing and its time as we will not be Responsible for any kind of delays or Refusal of Visa from the concerned consulate and the Cancellation Policy of the Holiday will be Applied.
If the Hotel or Suppliers change their Quote for the services that they offered, the same will be forwarded to you.
Any kind of Disputes or Refunds will not be verbally accepted. We will require the invoice, slips and requisite Document with Details to be able to process any Refunds
Any kind of Hotel Cancellations and No shows will be the Responsibility of the client.
As per our Cancellation Policy, if there is any Extra or Additional cancellation policy of Airline, Cruise, Hotels etc. The client will be Responsible for the same and have to be paid by the client. There are also some Tickets that are 100 percent Nonrefundable which is also to be taken care by the client.
Any form of confirmation in Terms of Email, Verbal with Advance payment will be Treated as confirmation. We also understand that the client accepts the above Terms & Conditions before confirming the above Holiday.

Important point to take care during tour:
In J&K only post-paid mobile network (BSNL/ Vodofone/ airtel) will be working.
At Jammu airport/railway person will not be having Pla-Card of guest name, Guest need to call our representative once he reaches Jammu airport, guest will be handed our representative number in advance.
On arrival at Srinagar airport our representative will be available with Pla-card of guest name.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
Airfare / Train fare / Cruise Fare / Ferry fare – 100% cancellation once ticket is issued.
10 Days prior to the Date of Travel or in case of No-show, 100% Retention is payable.
10 to 30 Days prior to the Date of Travel, 75% Retention is payable.
30-45 Days prior to Date of Travel, 50% Retention is payable.
45 Days or more, Service fee of 10% of Total Package Amount is payable.
No Refunds in case of early check-out, Decrease in Number of Passengers, Not Consumed Meals.
ROW Holidays applies exactly the same Hotel/Service provider’s Cancellation Policy and any Refunds applicable will be issued only after ROW Holidays has received the same from the Hotel/Airline/Service providers.
