Overview

Situated at an altitude of about 1700 meters above sea level, the riverside retreat heritage of Tirthan is an adventure-centric getaway blessed with a wealth of nature’s treasures. Tirthan Valley is basically located in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh. It derives its name from the Tirthan river, which winds its way through it. The river originates from the icy cold glacial springs of Hanskund, a snow-capped peak in the verdant Great Himalayan National Park. Great Himalayan National Park is a bundle of diverse and distinct flora and fauna, and breathtaking views. Just sit endlessly next to the beautiful river flowing in the valley and enjoy the view of the mountains and enormous natural beauty all around you.

Itinerary

Thursday @ 6:30 -7pm : Departure from Keshav Puram Metro Station or Majnu ka Teela near ISBT, Delhi. Friday:- Reach Jibhi around 10 am. 12 pm to 8 pm: Explore Jibhi waterfall, Jibhi market, and trek to Chaini fort. After returning back enjoy dinner with a bonfire and light music. Saturday : 9 am: Breakfast 10 am: Will Have checkout from Jibhi & then we will head towards Jalori pass. Jalori pass is a high mountain pass at an elevation of 10,800 feet above sea level. The shooting of Movie Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani is done at Jalori pass. 12 pm...Start trek to Serolsar lake with packed lunch( 5Kms trek). Serolsar lake is located at 5Kms from Jalori pass at a height of 10,500 feet. The lake features clear water with the gurgling sound. 3-4 pm... Reach Serolsar lake campsite and enjoy the scenic view. 8 pm... Bonfire with dinner. Sunday : 9 am: Breakfast 10 am: head back to Delhi Monday: 5-6 am...Reach Delhi Arrive Delhi in morning and share your memories and travel stories with your family and friends.
