Cycling is fun and there’s no doubt about that, especially in a place like Ladakh. Rent a bicycle in Ladakh

On average, renting a bike in Ladakh will cost around Rs. 1000 per day per bicycle. The price may vary on which brand of bike you were renting, but only for a few hundred dollars. Accessories will also be provided with the bicycle. The following are some of the brands that are available for rent with their respective rentals.

• Trek: Rs. 800 per day
• Giant: Rs. 800 per day
• Mérida: Rs. 800 per day
• Lapierre: Rs. 1000 per day
• Ghost: Rs. 1000 per day

There are some other models also available in 20.24 or 27 Speed, but the ones mentioned above are the popular ones.

Accessories

The daily rent mentioned also includes accessories such as helmet, gloves, knee brace, elbow, luggage rack for bottle holders etc.

Procedure

To rent a bicycle in Ladakh, you must provide proof of identity and address. The owner will request a photocopy of it. Along with the documents, you will also send a total of Rs. 5000 as the initial safety value.
